If you have accidentally removed authorisation for Cirrus to access your Microsoft 365 data, or are seeing the following Error: The identity of the calling application could not be established in your backup logs.
You will be required to reauthorise Cirrus access to your Microsoft 365 tenant. Please follow the steps below to re-authorise.
1) Log in to Cirrus using your admin account.
2) Click on Settings on the side menu.
3) Click on System in the Settings sub-menu.
4) Click on the Reauthorise button.
