Note: If you do not have any backups in your organisation currently you may not have access to the Outlook page, please configure a backup job and let it complete for the first time.

To restore an entire mailbox:

1) Select Outlook from the left-hand side menu.

2) In the Backup - Outlook page, select the mailbox you wish to restore.

Note: To confirm you have selected the mailbox, the mailbox will be highlighted and the Restore button will say "Restore Selected Mailbox".

3) Click the Restore Selected Mailbox button.

4) Confirm you have selected the correct Mailbox and restoration path, then click Restore to restore the mailbox.
