Note: If you do not have any backups in your organisation currently you may not have access to the Outlook page.

To restore an entire folder within a mailbox:

1) Select Outlook from the left-hand side menu.

2) In the Backup - Outlook page, select the mailbox and then the folder you wish to restore.

Note: To confirm you have selected the folder within the mailbox the folder will be highlighted and the "Restore Selected Mailbox" button will change to "Restore Selected Folder".

3) Click the Restore Selected Folder button

4) Confirm you have selected the correct folder and restoration path, then click Restore to restore the mailbox folder.
