Note: If you do not have any backups in your organisation currently you may not have access to the Email page.

To Restore an entire folder within a mailbox:

1) Select Email from the left-hand side menu.

2) In the Backup - Email page, select the mailbox and then the folder you wish to restore.

Note: To confirm you have selected the folder within the mailbox the folder will be highlighted and the "Restore Selected Mailbox" button will change to "Restore Selected Folder".

3) Click the Restore Selected Folder button

4) Confirm you have selected the correct folder and click OK to restore the mailbox folder.
