You are unable to explore and restore your SharePoint, Teams, or other users backups.
When logged into Cirrus, you are unable to see SharePoint or Teams under the restore menu.
The role your account has assigned is missing the required permissions.
To edit the roles permissions follow the steps outlined below:
1) Log in to Cirrus with your Admin account.
2) Navigate to Settings and then Roles.
3) Find the Role you wish to edit, and toggle on the Access other users backups, View/Restore SharePoint, or View/Restore Teams permissions to your desired configuration.
4) Click Save Changes.
Note: You may need to log out and back into your account for the changes to take effect.
